We researched many different HVAC companies before selecting a few to call. Our first choice was All Heating & Air Conditioning but sadly we were unable to speak to anyone. Figured they must be busy! Called a couple other companies, was not satisfied with the level of customer service. Then Victor from All Heating & Air Conditioning called us back! We set up an appointment, he came by the house promptly. Not only is Victor very knowledgeable, but he is personable and thorough, making sure we had a good understanding of what options we had to fix our A/C unit. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be passing the word on to family and friends. Thank you Victor!

I checked on line this morning the best company in Sunnyvale that can repair my furnace and ALL Heating & Air conditioning pop up with a highest rating and says google guaranteed. Why not try it. I called the company and spoke with Victor (the owner) that my furnace needs a repair because the igniter won’t go on. He sent somebody to check and do the work at the earliest possible time. The technician checked the furnace and gave me an estimate of the cost of the parts to be replaced. They charge very reasonable and have the best & honest personnel - I would probably recommend them. Just call ALL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING.

Had the furnace replaced, new AC unit installed, and new ductwork for the entire home for a very reasonable price. Victor and his crew was very professional and prompt with the service. He even came by a few days later to go over some of my questions that I had. Would recommend!

Victor was working in my neighbours house. I called him and asked for a quote for moving my furnace up to the attic. He sent me a quote in a very timely manner. His quote was very reasonable and I did compare him with other vendors as well - and he while not the lowest was very consistenty priced. During the course of the work I wanted him to replace the registers as well and he was very reasonable in his pricing there as well. He worked on the permits and got the inspection through successfully. Though Victor came up as very aloof in the beginning - he thawed and even had some good conversations with me. The environment inspector had very good words to say about Victor's work and told me that I indeed got the very best to work on my furnace move. Some suggested improvements for Victor: Informing upfront the various things we need for the inspection to pass like having a seperate electrical circuit breaker for the furnace, and widening of the entry to the attic - especially true for older homes. He did tell me about these requirements, but could have told much earlier in order for me to have planned it better. Despite this I would give him a 5 star review.

Very pleased with Victor's work on Furnace & AC Install at my home. Victor and his assistant worked on installing Furnace/AC units in two floors of our home. They came on time and I was impressed with their work-ethic. Victor doesn't talk much while the work is going on and may appear unfriendly, but in the end he gets the job done right and on time. My heating system failed at 7 PM in a very cold weather, called Air Heating. a technician (Alberto ) came found a part needs to be changed. Early morning next day he was by my home door replaced the part, put back the system inservice. Price was reasonable.

I requested a check-up on my 20 year old furnace. Victor came by the next day and looked carefully at the furnace operation and internal parts. He said things still looked OK and described how some of the major parts would look if they were bad. This was great service and honesty. I fully recommend this business!!!

Victor replaced furnace, air conditioner and the duct system in our home last summer. His team was very professional, and the job was completed to our satisfaction and on time. Unlike some other contractors, Victor didn’t upsell me on un-necessary upgrades and wasn’t pushy. His quotes were very competitive and i appreciated his patience and transparency in choosing the right Lennox unit that met my requirements. Victor and his team did a great job on our house. My old furnace was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling. Victor came out and diagnosed the problem and I decided to replace the furnace and add AC. His team was prompt and did a great job for a very fair price. They even rerouted the ductwork to make it more efficient as well as repairing the damage from the leaking water. Two years ago they had repaired my heater when the blowers went out. Their service was the same then so I was not surprised that they did a superior job this time.

In the middle of a heatwave All Heating & Air Conditioning was able to come out and determine the problem and resolve it the same day. Very curtious & friendly employees.

Called late Saturday afternoon and the call was immediately answered by Victor who was super kind,and efficient. He was also very transparent about expected charges. Appointment was scheduled for the next day! As promised, the technician called half an hour in advance and showed up properly. Victor was great. He gave an estimate on Monday and they were able to come in on Wednesday to clean our ducts. They were early but that’s good because they were done before we had to leave to go out. They did an amazing job. We are looking forward to working with them for our next project.

We've used these guys about a half dozen times over the last 5 years and they are always my go-to guys for heating, air conditioning, and related work. They always do good work, always back it up, we never have problems with the work, and they never over-charge.

I had a leak in my AC unit. I called Victor, he was patient, and took the time to explain the process. He even called me back on Easter, toTrying t verify my appointment for the next day. The service tech, Nelson, found the leak, and fixed it pretty quickly. Leaks can be hard to find; luckily for me the leak was in a common and easily accessible place, at the joint that come out of the box that sits on top of the furnace. Assuming no issues arise, I would use them again...

I had a problem with uneven heating in different rooms as a result of last addition. I talked to two HVAC companies to get an assessment of the problem and recommendation on how to fix. All Heating was the second company I called. Victor Jr. and his technician came in more than once to diagnose the problem and recommended different approaches trying to fit into my budget and schedule. Victor Jr's approach, changing layouts and duct size to the two unevenly heated areas, is a lot more cost effective compared to the other company's recommendation. They finished the job in a day and we are happy with what they did.

Furnace stopped blowing hot air mid-night so called All Heating and Air Conditioning emergency line. Tech came out fast, replaced a blown fuse from power surge and checked the coils for dirt buildup. Explained annual maintenance to avoid repeats, bill was steep but included after-hours fee.

Ernesto stopped by promptly to troubleshoot my thermostat with no power. He was courteous and resolved the issue quickly. The service was so great that I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan.

Called them up with little understanding of what the actual problem was, they came out within a few hours and were able to identify the issue and fix it in less than an hour while explaining things to me about the system I didn't know.

Came to clean my old ducts and were very professional and clean.

My HVAC system was leaking water and made a mess to my Garage. Victor came and inspected it. He quickly identified the issue and it was my AC coil. He gave 2 suggestions: one is to replace the AC coil; the other is to replace the outdoor unit as well with AC coil. We took the 2nd option he gave because the system is almost 30-year-old. He gave reasonable price to the replacement and good warranty. he is very efficient. Work was done within 2 days from ordering the unit to installation finish. His work is with high quality. He is very knowledgeable to the entire HAVC system explaining me how the air flow works. with extra step, he removed unnecessary filter inside my house for energy efficiency. He also showed me how to change filters in HVAC system and how often for maintenance. We are so happy that he is around, so no worry for hot summer days or winter cold day when the HVAC stops working. I strongly recommend him to everyone.

Victor is one of the best. I did not find a single technician in my last 20 years here who is so courteous and professional. He identified root cause in a min and fixed and waited enough days to confirm fix is working and not a single time he poked me for payment but checked to ensure it’s working. He was ready to not to charge and revisit working on it if needed. I highly recommend him for his humbleness and professional technical skills. Great tech and company! They provided the most reasonable quote on an odd service request (needed my AC unit disconnected for a few days, then reconnected later to provide access for a tractor to pass it). They quoted me at $500, next closest quote was $890. Victor was super flexible with scheduling, came out at the very beginning of the appointment window, and didn't even request payment upon disconnect (only reconnect). I'll use them again for any future service on my AC! Update, June 2022: the team has continued to provide great service since my initial review! They replaced my AC condenser about a year ago when it went out-they came out same day to assess, and next day to install. Just yesterday, they finished replacing all of my very old ducting, and repairing multiple issues that we had been noticing. Great work, very clean despite a messy job, and a very personable crew -they were more than happy to chat with my young kids.

I highly recommend this family owned business. Victor and his team are very professional. Before him I had two other companies came to do the estimate but I wasn’t even get an estimate. Because not every HVAC company willing to open the ceiling to do the duct replacement. Victor also suggest double zoning while replacing the duct to solve temperature difference between Upstairs and downstairs. We like the idea and it is energy efficient for the current utility bills. They finish the work in one and half day and keep the workplace very clean. I will highly recommend him!

I sort of stumbled onto All Heating & Air Conditioning Repair, and happy I did. Had originally setup an appt through The Home Depot with a "larger" service provider contracted. But after my original appointment with the "other guys" got rescheduled, it felt like I was getting into a bit of a bait-and-switch situation. I then put out a generic request of what I was looking for through Google and heard back from a number of other HVAC providers. One of the first to respond directly was Victor @ AllHeating and Air Conditioning Repair. I was able to quickly and easily setup an appointment with Victor the next business day. Victor sent me a message confirming our appt, called me the day of to let me know he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and respond to my various questions. He quickly identified the issue with my existing HVAC unit and he provided a variety of options and alternatives, and even advised against spending money on things that would be of little benefit. He followed up as promised with a reasonably priced quote for the recommended repairs we had discussed. Victor responded promptly and happened to be nearby so was able to stop by less than an hour after I reached out. Their service fee to come out beat most other companies and Victor was very courteous and easy to communicate with. Luckily the "issue" with our furnace was an extremely quick fix but I appreciated how prompt and easy it was to work with him.

All Heating & AC installed a new HVAC system in my home. Their workmanship, products, design, and professionalism was all amazing. They were very nice, polite, and on time. EXCELLENT service! 2 other repair shops couldn't come out for a week. I called All Heating & Air and they came out the same day. Victor diagnosed the problem quickly, but had to order the part. Being a Friday and later in the afternoon he had to rush back to the shop and order the igniter. He said if he got it he would be back Saturday morning and install it. The part came in and as promised him and his dad installed it. This was the coldest morning so far at 35 degrees outside and 50 degrees inside. We are so grateful that excellent service still exists!! Thank you Victor from the bottom of our hearts.💖

Monday morning, I wake up with a fridge/freezer out of order, ice melt flowing all over the kitchen floor. I called ALL H & AC in the morning, the tech showed up at noon, and the fridge and repaired 15 minutes later! Amazing speed, good price, friendly & professional service, what more to expect?

I had All Heating and Cooling Service installed a new Heating system. Victor and his crew came around 9 am and finished all works before noon. They not only did a great job but also their speed is amazing.

I went on Google to find someone to diagnose and fix the ice maker in my refrigerator. Victor (owner) picked up my initial call. He was professional and precise with asking questions about my situation to ensure that they can help me with my problem. The cost to diagnose the problem was a flat $65, and he confirmed that it would count towards fixing the problem if I chose to go that route. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day, and the technician was able to come well before my scheduled time. Nelson was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient when I described the issue, and also when I asked questions out of curiosity. Nelson quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out that I had to replace the whole ice maker assembly. I decided to order the part online and try to fix it myself. Upon replacing the damaged part, my ice maker still was not working. I texted Nelson to see if there could be any other potential issues preventing my fridge from making ice. Nelson was friendly and responsive via text, and I really appreciate his professionalism and effort. I would recommend Victor and Nelson to anyone looking for their services.

Victor is extremely professional and knowledgeable! I had problems with my AC not working well on my second floor. Victor identified the root cause, recommended adding zoning system and replacing my old ducts on the second floor. Victor and his team did an excellent job in finishing the job within a day! In fact, Victor even identified some issues in my first floor ducts, some vent grills on my second floor and fixed them without charging me anything extra. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and would highly recommend Victor and his team! The price quoted is very reasonable and the quality of work is exceptional!
